Why can’t I purchase anything online?

 

We are currently working on this! Providing our members with the most efficient and pleasant online customer journey is important to us, so we’re doing our best to ensure this before we go live with access to online ordering. Don’t worry it is coming soon!

 

In the meantime, enjoy access to product catalogues, enquiry portals for everything from general to Machinery parts, Co-op documentation such as our Annual Reports and new product information.

 

How do I sign up to be a member?

 

It is simple to become a member of the Riverina Co-operative. Just click on the ‘About Us’ tab and select ‘Want to become a Member?’. From here, click on the link to download the application form which you can print and bring in store next time you’re in, or email through to us.

 

Please note all Members are shareholders and are required to purchase a minimum of 10 x shares at $2 per share to gain the membership benefits. This can be paid in store whilst dropping off the application form or an over the phone payment can be made.

How do I make an enquiry about Machinery?

 

To enquire about Machinery, please click on the ‘Machinery’ tab and select ‘Machinery Enquiry’. From here you will be taken to an enquiry form page which will ask for the appropriate details and a team member will be contact with you shortly.

 

 

How do I place an order for Chemical or Seed?

 

For large orders of chemical or seed please first go to the ‘Advice’ tab and then select ‘Agronomy, Farming Advice and Animal Health’. On this page the form will be available, and you can enter the details for your enquiry/order. Once submitted a team member will be in touch with you shortly.

 

 

How do I place a Liquor order?

 

To place a large Liquor order please give us a call on (02)69379200 and request the liquor department. This is to ensure the pricing quoted is accurate with changing Local Liquor promotions and membership pricing.

 

What is your Returns Policy?

 

Thanks for shopping at the Riverina Co-operative and choosing local. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

When returning a general item, you will have 30 days to make the return from the date of purchase. For sale items you will have 7 days to make the return. If the item is faulty or damaged, you can return outside of the 30 days with proof of purchase.
